Visa for Economically Inactive Long-Term EU Residents
Are you a long-term EU resident in another EU country? This basically means that you have a visa/residence permit as a long-term EU resident in another EU country, outside of the Netherlands. This visa is permanent visa based and also an EU visa. According to the visa economically inactive long-term resident, you will not be economicallt active in the Netherlands. However, you are allowed to work freely, without the need of an additional work permit, in the Netherlands.
If you want to apply for the vis economically inactive long-term resident, then you will need to have a visa of one of the following countries, and the following description needs to be on your visa.

Income requirement for the visa economically inactive long-term resident
If you want to qualify for the visa economically inactive long-term resident, then you will need to demonstrate that you earn at least €1613 (including holiday allowance) per month and at least for one year, starting from the date of the submission of the visa economically inactive long-term resident. The following income sources will be valid for your visa economically inactive long-term resident: benefit payments that you receive from the EU member State that also issued you with the EU visa for long- term resident. An income from a previous job outside of the Netherlands will suffice (such as a salary, pension or income on the basis of early retirement) or income from personal assets and savings. Especially with savings, you will be able to qualify for the visa economically inactive long-term resident.
